As I'm sure all of you are , I am quite eager to meet up with everyone and see where their lives have taken them thus far. I have had the odd chance to hook up with one or two guys over the last ten years but as yet have not lived in London , so the chances of seeing an old boy are quite slim(although I do go over every now and then for a bit of a ripper)

After I left school I headed for UPE where I was supposed to do Law. The reality of me actually practicing law nowadays is rather a sobering thought. Fortunately for me my ignorance and inexperience of the working world convinced me that I should change from Law to Human Movement Science. So for the next while I spent running up and down the field, doing push ups ,biochemistry and learning about the anatomy of the vagina in great detail.

Never the less this all stood me in good stead as I left the drunken passages of my university career behind me and made my way through to the real world. I began my career in the health industry in East London and was eventually head-hunted by an international company in Cape Town where I spent two years. After putting up with the cold unfriendly weather and people in Cape Town I moved back to EL where the plan was to bugger off overseas. However this did not materialize as on my last month of decadence at the lost city I met a very sweet and innocent Afrikaans Physiotherapist.

After she had massaged my incessant and reoccurring groin injury she convinced me to cross the enemy lines and live behind the boerewors curtain. So began my life in Pretoria. My initial expectations were too great , but I have to admit that I did enjoy the people and lifestyle there. I had by this stage joined the Rembrandt group and was eventually seconded to the headoffice in Stellenbosch.

Whilst In Stellenbosch I was responsible for a number of Tobacco brands from a strategic erspective.I was eventually moved onto one the major investment brand Lucky Strike.Whilst I was on the brand I was exposed to a number of very interesting creative concepts for which we won a number of awards for as well as seeing the BAR F1 team race and held parties with bands such as Bush , Violent Femmes and Cypress Hill.

So life after School has not been too dreary. I am currently working for Luckies as a regional manager in SA and should be moving internationally by the end of the year.

I have recently bought a house in West Beach in cape town and have been going out with my current girlfriend for the last 3 years. Melanie works for a research company and is finishing off her B.com marketing degree. I will, hopefully be studying for my MBA next year.

I cant wait to see all you guys at the re-union , its going to be kick-ass
