DECADE DETAILS: 1993-1995: Ill-fated attempt at a theology degree ends with me getting a psychology degree from Rhodes, G'town
1996: Honours degree at Rhodes, and met my future wife Robin. Ahh, the glory days...
1997: Spent one miserable year in London and vowed NEVER to go back. Great parties though, and did have a chance to stay with Andy Hymans in Cornwall.
1998: Moved to the United States, got married to Robin, and started my Masters
2000: Finished my Masters, started the Doctorate, and saw in the new millenium in the Ciskei... hmmm
2001: Little girl, Phillipa, arrived on the scene.

Now: Director of Continuing Education at Shenandoah University, Virginia, working close to Washington DC. Got my PHD from the University of Virginia.

Seems like everyone's in London. Anyone else over here in States? Really enjoying life here, but miss sunny SA. Got together with the few S.A.'ns recently to form the Washington DC Cricket Springboks. We played in a league against Pakistani, Indian, and West Indian teams. The beer and comraderie was a sh*t load better than the cricket, I have to say...I can't get the time off from work, but wish I could pull it off...

2003: Completed my doctorate in research, policy and analysis. Another little girl, Emma. Moved back to E.L in December to take a consulting job.

2004-2005: Worked in E.L on development projects funded by the European Union and goverment.

2006: Moved back to Virgina to work as Director of Research and development in a technology company. Working on a couple of projects with the World bank and apotential contract with NASA.

Living in a old stone house built in 1780 on a farm in Virginia. Playing golf every weekend and enjoying the good life.
